AIM Consultancy Ltd is led by Catherine McLaughlin, with whom we have worked on previous reviews of emergency services. Cath works in England and Ireland at National and Board level, supporting the turnaround of the emergency pathway. She has previously worked nationally as part of the National Emergency Care Team and the Performance Support Team. She has considerable experience in remodelling the paediatric Emergency Department and more broadly in avoiding breaches of the 4 hour standard. She has worked at Board level in various posts, including Director of Nursing and Community Services and Director of Clinical Operations for a large London Trust.
